I just started at the lindora weight clinic on saturday. so far the last couple of days have been great. the first phase was the prep phase, you eat three regular meals and three snacks. today I started on the protein phase, you have three protein meals (egg whites for breakfast, 2 1/2 oz of tuna for lunch, and 3 1/2 oz of chicken for dinner, along with three snacks in between). also you drink 100oz of water, take multivitamins, fiber, omega 3 and 6, essential fatty acids.
has anyone else here tried this program? a friend of mine lost over 80lbs in just 6 months.
