Well I used to never eat breakfast and just eat lunch and dinner and once in a while a 2nd later dinner if I was out late. Also I sometimes would have snacks (depending on the mood I would eat cookies, yogurt, apples, oranges, and random other things but I would try to stay away from chips of any kind). This week I trying to get into the habit of eating breakfast even though it isn't healthy since it is eggs, bacon, cheese, butter, ketchup, and salt (I just copied what the guy at work ordered and called it the heart stopper ever since lol). I would miss lunch since I don't really have any place to eat properly since it is all unhealthy (I work at school). Then I get home and eat dinner which could be anything from tomato soup to chicken cutlets with mashed potatoes and pickles or any other type of things. Since the beginning of the week I will try to stay away from fast food places like taco bell, wendy's, etc. What I am looking for is what to eat for breakfast and dinner (any recommended meals to make would be great
