Well the first thing that we need to help you do is to get your eating under control. We have a number of tips that we offer to help people with their eating habits, and in addition we recommend that you start counting your calories. Right now you're in a state where you are eating more calories a day on average than your body burns a day on average, and we need to reverse that trend.
