Your diet... or I call mine new way of eating, sounds like mine! Only thing different is I eat 3 meals a day (small) and a snack at night IF I feel like it. I've lost 81lbs so far.
I agree, being fat does suck, from a health point of view. I don't want to be rail thin either.. just a nice healthy weight and like you, off my meds. Last Oct my GP lowered my diabetic meds! I hoping to get them lowered again after another big weight loss chunk comes off.
