I definetly feel better now that I'm back to eating properly. My hamburger has also creeped slightly in a positive direction
I had a huge headache after work today from a particularily stressful day, and I really wasn't feeling the gym. But I popped a couple of tylenol and off I went, and I felt great when I was there, but my headache returned when I got home. It's pretty much gone now though
I'm excited for the rest of the week!
