Walking seems to be a good way for people to get started from an exercise stnadpoint. Easy on the body, and it does help you burn a few calories...not a lot but it's better than nothing. After a while you'll want to switch to something with a little more intensity. Really what's going to help you more than anything is changing your eating habits, and what I mean by that is creating a calorie deficit....which is consuming less calories than your body burns. As you lose weight you'll notice your energy levels returning to their prior levels. We can help you figure the eating part out, just say the word.
