Well the most important thing you can do is to cut your caloric intake to match your weight loss goals. The quality of what you eat will definitely have an impact, but not as much as the quantity (caloriewise).

For starters we can help you figure out how much you should be eating a day for your to achieve your weight loss goals, and then you would need to count your calories to get close to your daily average intake target. Then we can take it a step further and show you roughly how much protein/carbs/fat you should be consuming as well.
