Hi, My name is Vicki and I need to lose about 70 lbs just to be at a healthier weight and to have more energy. I've gained all of this weight in the past 2-1/2 years thanks to menopause and not eating as I should or exercising. Need to get back on track but my energy level is really low now so I know I need to start out slowly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
