| Hi everyone Hi all,
My name is Lee and I'm new to the forum and I wanted to come to a site where I could really use the help and advice of others while in my pursuit to lose weight. This month I am commencing a new low salt diet and more cardio as part of my regimen. All this because I am looking to meet the height/weight requirements for the New York State Police. My problem was the fact that I was being sedentary for awhile and not doing much but going to work or classes. I have been paying close attention to the advice given on previous posts/threads.If any of you have other advice I can use that would be greatly appreciated!
