Thanks for the welcomes!! As far as my plan goes...well, the only real plan I have is to learn to eat healthy and in the right portions and give up on all the "magic" cures and learn an eating plan that I can live with and not just use to take of the pounds. So far I have thrown out all the junk foods and bought some fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats, etc. Much of my eating in the past was simply eating junk food because it was there and available, not from hunger. I have also began eating breakfast--one of my big downfalls was skipping breakfast and lunch and the overeating at night to compensate. I have also increased my water intake. I gave up soda long ago but I think I replaced the sugary drinks with little debbie cakes! I am also working on becoming more active. This is a tough one for me because I have very much became the fat couch potato and have been just doing what is necessary to get by for awhile now. But I am willing to do what it takes to get the weight off and learn to enjoy life! I have wasted entirely too many years thinking about it rather than doing it!
