Well at a minimum before taking any "pills" you should consult your doctor. Do a search for Alli on our website here and you'll find a few topics on it. It's basically a low dose version of a more potent version known as Xenical, which has been around for many years. There's a book that comes along with the Alli pills and I read the book while waiting for a prescription, and I though their eating recommendations were horrible. Just my .02.

Regardless, any diet pill is not a magical cure, it's meant to enhance the results from a healthy life, which includes exercise and eating healthy, it's not a replacement for those.
