Hi, thanks for the reply. I do have to eat the meal plan, since I live on campus, but there are some healthier options that I'm going to explore. My friends and I tend to eat in the most convenient dining hall, but the food there is often the least healthy. There is another dining hall that serves healthier options (and better food). In the past I've been too lazy to walk there since it's far from my dorm, but I am going to try to do that next semester (and the bit of exercise to get there is an added bonus).

Thanks for the calorie advice. I think my goal is definitely doable, especially if I stick to the exercise.
