| Hello everyone! Hello everyone. I'm a 20 year old female who has been struggling with my weight all of my life. After graduating high school I stopped exercising and started eating. 30 pounds later I have decided this year I would like to get back down to my normal weight...not all of us are supposed to be rail thin. I stop losing weight around 160. Which is healthy for me and where I am comfortable being. I just want to bring in the new year with a new look at my health and life in general. I stumbled across this site looking for support and I was really impressed with all of the people who had lost so much weight and the support you all give one another. I really think this sight is a wonderful thing! So hi again to everyone!
