You'll notice that you can do more and more and more intervals as time goes on.
I definetly did more intervals today. It's hard for me to keep count (the treadmill I used today kept resetting from static electricity so I don't know how much time I did).

I don't feel as drained today as I did yesterday, so I guess I should work harder tomorrow.
