| Re: Audrey's New Years Blog Hey Audrey, I'm betting that very few of us were "good" over the holidays, lol. I'm up a couple pounds myself, but I hope to get back into the swing of things soon. Why is that once you stop for a while, it is so hard to get back on a track!!! Once I do get back on track with the healthy eating/exericising, I'm sure I'll be okay, it is just getting to that point that is the struggle. You should be proud of yourself for all of the weight you have lost so far, and now that you are just 10 pounds from your goal, I'm sure you'll get there soon (especially since all of the Christmas goodies should be gone).
