| Hello, Nice to meet all of you Just taking a minute to say hi, and commend this website. For many of us, we don't over-eat per se, don't consume entire cakes and roasts by ourselves, DO INDEED get 5 to 7 hours of cardio and weight training in each week, don't pig out daily on refined carbs, eat less than our thinner friends, and henceforth, it's very challenging on certain days to stay positive about the immense commitment it requires to stay the course and move toward our goals with enthusiasm and vigor. But enthusiam, vigor and single-mindedness it surely requires, and thus I move into the New Year with hope, courage and faith. I will be here on good days and less than great days, and look forward to fighting the good-fight with all of you. Sutra
