| Re: Newbie here Well, I have a dog, so I think I will step it up a notch with walking. Instead of just our usual casual strolls, I'll be walking at a much quicker pace and for longer periods of time (she'll think this is fantastic!!). I think I'm going to just start with this for a while, as I don't want to make too many changes all at once. I know that I won't stick to it if I try to do it all at once.
Once some pounds start coming off, then I'll see about adding in some additional workouts besides just walking.
