Well, to start with, no more soda. Switching to primarily water, and some nonfat milk. I'll be eliminating fast food and severely limiting any eating out. Breakfast will be a fruit smoothy. Lunch will be a healthy sandwich. Dinner will be fish or chicken with lots of veggies. Snacks will be fruits, nuts, and the like.

I managed to stick to this diet for 6 weeks last summer and I had good results. The hard part is to permanently change those eating habits.
