| Re: Newbie here Well, to start with, no more soda. Switching to primarily water, and some nonfat milk. I'll be eliminating fast food and severely limiting any eating out. Breakfast will be a fruit smoothy. Lunch will be a healthy sandwich. Dinner will be fish or chicken with lots of veggies. Snacks will be fruits, nuts, and the like.
I managed to stick to this diet for 6 weeks last summer and I had good results. The hard part is to permanently change those eating habits.
