How many things have you put off because you wanted to wait till you dropped so much weight or you were a certain size clothing before you did it? I have never been comfortable in my skin and can't believe that another year is coming and again, I still am not happy with myself. How many of you have made your weight loss your #1 resolution? How many of you have a new plan in place so "this time I will lose it"? I am going back to CURVES that is one thing for sure. I had abdominal surgery and couldn't for 6 months and I know that made a difference. Yes I ate things I hadn't been eating before when I was losing, but I also know that had I been working out, walking, riding the exercise bike.... something, I wouldn't be stuck where I am now. What I want to know is, who else is making their weight loss their number one resolution. What, if anything, have you resolved to do differently this time to lose that weight? Is anyone else here willing to come back weekly and report how their progress is coming along and where they feel they are succeeding and where the new plan is failing and why? I am desperate at this point, I would like support for my new years plan and would like to know what is working for other people. I know the basics, less food more exercise. If it was that easy I'd already be past my goal and looking like a movie star! Anyone?
I always have a plan to be very dedicated to the gym on a consistent basiss, but always fall short due to lack of time. I need to be better at making my health my number one priority as well.

I was going to suggest maybe starting a topic in the blog forum to track your progress as you go, as many people here do that and get a lot of positive feedback in their topics! I guarantee that if you start a thread, you'll get a lot of the support and guidance you're looking for.
