Thanks both of you for the welcome. I plan to do it the old-fashioned way..... diet & exercise. I am still mentally preparing myself, as I fear I could be quite grumpy the next six months!!

Truthfully, I know that after the first few weeks of eating healthier and working out, I will feel so much better and more energetic.
