Well... back to my weight discussion. Here’s what I consume everyday:
Breakfast – 4 slice of bread & tea
Lunch – A plate of rice, vegetables, meat
Tea break – Some biscuits & tea
Dinner – A plate of rice, vegetables & egg
To tell u the truth, I don’t know ANYTHING bout calories. Hope u can explain more to me. And thanks so much for helping. |
