I cannot recall the name it was like spit and then barf what contents I had in my tummy before I could swallow my first bite of it.

Cliff Bar been okay. Another was really good, forgot to write it down. Found it at Whole Foods. Energy bar aisle. I trust Whole Foods better than the average grocery store selling the same energy bar.

PS I do not own stock in Whole Foods, nor do I work at that establishment.
I have since moved away to an area where their are no Whole Foods except about 20 miles away.
