I'm sick of blenders, they're too messy. For the smoothies or fudge sauce I just use a fork and measuring cup -- which is good exercise, btw. Stirring the cocoa & splenda, no problem, but when you start to add water it's reeeally thick at first, and you have to pooosh that fork, stir, add water, stir again and pooosh that fork. Around and around. Scrape the sides, stir again.

When it finally gets to the consistency you want, you'll feel like your arm's had a bit of a workout!


P.S. I found tall, 2-cup measuring cups at the supermarket. Lately I don't even measure. I just dump in about 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup Splenda, and then start adding water. THAT'S the exercise I'm talking about, bec. I usually make it to fudge sauce consistency. In our fridge there's always a cup or so of already-made fudge sauce.

POOOSH that fork....
