It's good for you! Two tablespoons cocoa=8,000 antioxidants. We shovel gobs of fudge sauce on sweetened ff yogurt every night. Top if you like with fat free sugar free whipped topping, & definitely with chopped walnuts for the omega 3 acids.

Hard to imagine that something that sounds and looks like that is good for you! "Twist yer arm..." Sheesh.

P.S. Fudge sauce: equal amounts unsweetened cocoa and Splenda. Mix dry first, then add water to desired consistency. Lotsa water for hot cocoa. Less water for fudge sauce. Fun! Yum! Slurp! (Oh...it's better not to add milk for the cocoa. Milk can inhibit the absorption of antioxidants. **And make sure your cocoa is unsweetened, NON-ALKALINIZED. Alkanization destroys the antioxidants. We use Hershey's, the little brown box. I hear that soon Mars will put out an even more flavanol-rich cocoa called CocoaPro, but it ain't out yet. Hershey's is fine.)

Shouldn't dieters have comfort food?
