Lately when I feel like snacking after dinner, I'll just chew a piece of gum (sugarless gum that is). I find when I'm chewing gum, I may still feel like snacking, but can't, because I've got gum in my mouth.

Three pounds is an awesome loss for a week! Don't forget to pat yourself on the back for that! Your hard work is paying off
