I recently read "You: On a Diet" by Dr. Oz and found the book to be really helpful in regards to weight loss and how the body works. You might have heard about or seen Dr. Oz on the Oprah show. He is a regular guest on her show. Anyways, the book is very informative about the what/why and how your body works which helps to make better decisions when planning a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend this book! Anyone out there read it? If so, tell me what you thought.
