I've heard success stories relating to hoodia, but a LOT of "hoodia" pills don't actually even contain hoodia. You have to make sure they're certified, and make sure you read labels. It is only an appetite deterrent though, so you still have to make sure what you're eating is healthy, and that you get plenty of exercise. It's not a miracle pill, and as most people have found out, there isn't any one thing that will work for everyone. Or else everyone would be trim and thin
