| Re: Need to lose 16lbs in 32 days I have to say that if you're doing enough exercise your intake if half way decent should stay the same. My son has lost 5lbs this week by just upping his intensity at his two wrestling practices per day - total of 3.5 hours a day. The harder you workout the more calories you burn. Be aware he doesn't drink anything but skim milk and water and eats a good balanced diet. He has to hit a 175lb weigh in for Friday night in Texas for a wrestling meet.
