I'm a track/cross country athlete and I actually GAINED weight this cross country season because I didn't eat very well, I use cross country just to stay in shape and that didn't work very well for me this year. I'm strongly competetive in hurdles for track, and this year at my highschool I'm one of only 3 female hurdlers on the team, and the only underclassman female running hurdles this year. I need to lose the weight to get faster and to be there for my team.
