Finally A new start Well I slipped up and gained four pounds putting me up at 271. But this time I got up early and decreased my speed on the treadmill so I could walk longer and I walked two miles in sixty minutes. I watched one of my DVD of the show "Friends" on the television.
I ate a small bowel of whole grain cereal, an apple and a small glass of milk.
So so far so good
I weigh in February 4 at the doctors office.
That way I don't obsess over the scale.
