Thanks a lot for the information. Do do you have to combine very different kind of sports as well during these four minutes? I mean for example running/walking/weight lifting? Or do you just combine sports which match to each other like walking and running? Nevertheless this sounds a little strange to me. How could this be as effective as longer workouts?
