Yeah it was kind of confusing but I guess I understood what you wanted to say and it also makes sense. :-) So I would really like to run a little longer every day but I am not sure if I am fit enough for this. Do you think it would be okay to run for a certain period of time, then walk a little bit, run again and so on. Or would you say that it is better for your body to run the whole time? |
