| Re: Jogging-how long? The key to HIIT is to go all out for 30 seconds then walk/jog for 1.5 minutes for at least 10 cycles to 15 cycles max.
Don't forget you can do this on a bike as well. I do this at my son's wrestling practice where they have Schwinn Aerodyne bikes 
I'm looking to get one of these for my house. I have never had a better leg/quad workout than on this bike, I burn around 250 calories in 20 minutes on it doing the HIIT.
