As long as you keep up that walking program, ideally 2 miles a day, you can eat around 1400 calories a day and you should be able to drop between 1.5-2lbs a week....should get you right around your goal weight by you rgoal date.
1400 isn't as little as you think....we can also offer you a lot of tips to keep you from feeling hungry.
