Wink Tips for resisting holiday temptations

It's already started. People are baking, baking, and even in the stores when I try to shop they've got the cookies laid out. I try not to even see them, and usually am successful unless reeeally hungry. Dangerous time, right? So...I've got a few little tricks to keep the ol' resolve strong.

My fave is this: When the sweets cravings tug, I promise myself to later have FUDGE SAUCE!

That is -- mix 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa with 2 tbsp Splenda, add water to disired consistency...it's only 40 calories. Heat if you want, pour it over artificially sweetened no-fat yogurt. OR, sweeten the yogurt with 1 tsp orange-flavored powder of Jello Sugar-Free gellatin. Swoony delicious. (1/2 cup ff yogurt 50 cal, 1 tsp sf jello flavor 10 cal, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa, 40 cal. TOTAL: just 100 cal for a hot fudge sunday!)

What are your tips for resisting? It's gonna be a hard few weeks ahead...
