I always used to get them when I was younger after I'd been breathing really really heavily when playing sports in gym (soccer etc, lots of running), and now I get little ones when I'm about 5 minutes into my jogging. I'd see if it goes away overtime as you run more often.....I still get those after playing football for a long enough period.
