I always used to get them when I was younger after I'd been breathing really really heavily when playing sports in gym (soccer etc, lots of running), and now I get little ones when I'm about 5 minutes into my jogging. It's odd. I'd like to think I'm in the best shape of my life right now, but maybe not...
I'd see if it goes away overtime as you run more often.....I still get those after playing football for a long enough period.
