It's more like a sharp pain, almost in the bottom of one side of my rib cage. I've always heard it refered to as "a stitch in your side".

I always used to get them when I was younger after I'd been breathing really really heavily when playing sports in gym (soccer etc, lots of running), and now I get little ones when I'm about 5 minutes into my jogging. It's odd. I'd like to think I'm in the best shape of my life right now, but maybe not...
