I started posting and didn't even introduce myself.

I'm Alex. 25 years-old, Mississippi resident, mother of one, and currently on Weight Watchers. I signed up because I know my friends and family, while supportive, are getting REALLY bored of me constantly talking about diet and health stuff. And I have to admit, I'm really psyched lately because I believe I've had my epiphany, my "Aha!" moment, and suddenly my weight loss and lifestyle change has fallen effortlessly into place. I know it will get harder the more I lose, but for now, I've got a lot of energy and excitement and feel like tossing heaping bucketfuls of it onto others.
