oh how awesome that would be. I am 40, 240,5'4", F, I have been doing an in home walk program about 1-2 miles a day. C another problem of mine is if I have 1000 calories to spend a day, what in the world can I eat that will keep me full without eating them all by 2pm? Thank you sooooo much for your help with this.
