Hi,
I feel I am in the exercise swing pretty good. Feeling a little board with it but push it every day. My biggest problem is food. I can rationalize and justify anything. I want to eat healthy. I am looking for some suggestions on dinner and snacks. Maybe some sample meal plans that someone else sticks to that works? Does anyone have any suggestions? Also, would anyone know what my caloric intake should be to lose weight? I am 5'4" and 240lbs. Maybe I am not looking in the right place but I can't seem to find anything that tells me what I need to intake for calories to lose weight. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you so much.
