I'm sorry to hear of your troubles, but we can help you figure out how much food you want to eat. At the end of the day whether you eat 6 times a day or 3 times a day isn't going to matter that much, what really matters is how many calories you consume compared to how many you burn each day.
You want to lose 100lbs in a year, that's about 2lbs a week. We can help set you up with a calorie deficit of 1000 calories a day for you to achieve your goals. In essence we can calculate how many calories a day you should be eating to achieve your goals....but that will require you to count your calories each day. We just need to know your age, weight, sex, height, and how much and what type of physical activity you get in a given week.
