Wow, look at the weight you have lost? I think that is great. 68 lbs? You must be doing something right? Can you give me some suggestions? I can so relate to the cravings. Today is yet again another first day of a healthy eating plan, I stopped saying diet, and I am already hungry and craving sugar. I have a peice of something yummy left over and would love to endulge. But that is what I always do. Indulge. I start the day out great and end it with a bang of indulgance. I have great intentions. I so want to do this. I can do this and so can you. Smiles
