I have one question: do you (by experience) happen to know if surgery options are more or less expensive in the USA than in the UK? I'm just curious...

And concerning spammers: here in the UK I'm on a forum, and there come about 30 spammers every day that want to get in with incredible links and mess. I vote for a spam-free world... Good luck in the battle anyway!
