Health Problem Related to Exercise Have any of you experienced shortness of breath upon waking in the morning? At least once a week lately I've been finding that I cannot exercise at least one day (usually a Monday) out of seven because of this problem. I find myself nearly blacking out upon repeated attempts to move around. When I sit down (or lie down), it goes away. This lasts for about 3 hours, then I'm fine again.
My husband thinks it's stress-related, since it's often on a Monday, and work is VERY demanding lately. I guess that's a possibility. I'm also going off the zinc supplements, because I have a high blood pressure problem (medicated for that).
