Hi Guys,

I was just looking for information, so my question is sincere. I regret the fact that my post is immediately considered to be spam. But I understand your concerns and fully appreciate your efforts to keep spammers away from your forum.

Once again, my name is Ed. I've found out recently that obesity is a disease and in my case cannot be cured with a simple diet attempt (or the next 100 after that 1st one). My GP has advised me to take bariatric treatment into account, thus my search for good information.

The situation here in the UK is quite sorrowful. The prices for treatment are incredibly high and many state that the quality and legacy of bariatric treatments in the UK leave many wishes to grant. The National Health Service wants to put me on a waiting list because their budget for 2007 was already flushed away last May. There are so many websites of private clinics or health care providers, but I just don't want to make a choice solely based on budget. Thus my need for good advice and information is high.

The thing I liked about the website which I mentioned, is the demo they give on the whole curing process. That's all. Nothing more, nothing less. I know there is not much activity on that website, but that was not what I was looking for, nor writing about.

I hope you can place yourself in my feet. I have no commercial interest whatsoever, nor is there any possibility to spend any money on this European website - I just want to start a good discussion about where to get information that matters..
