I would probably shoot to add some more protein and carbs in your diet.
Just curious, what are some examples of what you eat for an entire dinner? How much water are you drinking throughout the day? |
last night I had half of an arbys roasted turkey sandwich but also had the fries, I don't drink near enough water, but I drink at least one 44oz Diet Dr. pepper ever day. As for the muscle milk diet, seems I only do that through the week, and seem to screw it up from friday till sunday afternoon, thats when there are family meals and kids activities anything to celebrate and usually celebrate with food.
