Im taking note of all your suggestions. I thinks I should generally not starve myself, which i did before. My weight would yo-yo then. But I guess Im tired of those kind of dieting and just aim to have a healthy lifestyle.
Good News I weighed myself today as its a week soince the time I started my diet I shed off 3 lbs...
