You really shouldn't feel energy losses while trying to lose weight. It could be that some of the "diets" you've done in the past were borderline starvation plans, which many of them are. When I help people calculate the amount of calories to eat each day in order to achieve their weight loss goals, I have yet to hear anyone come back and say anything about having a lack of energy. |
