| Re: Hello again Thanks for all your warm welcome. I havent been well for the past few days as Ive been very sick with flu and fever. I hardly ate cause I dont have an appetite which is one good thing. However, I just want to be well again so I can focus on exercising. Youre right I dont have much protein on my diet.The only source of protein that I eat regularly is fish which I eat five times a week. YOu think I should have protein evryday? How much protein do I need?
