Hopefully Sass63 will chime in she's going through similar physical ailments as well, but at the same time has managed to lose over 150lbs! She's quite an inspiration for me and others!

Other's are going through physical issues as well. I need to have shoulder surgery, toe surgery, and possibly another knee surgery, all of which are affecting my ability to exercise. It's been hard keeping the weight off, but discipline with eating habits has been key for me, as has getting as much exercise as I can.

It's easy to take comfort in food, but there are some tricks we can share with you in order to help you prevent eating so much.

Simple things like drinking a gallon of water a day and chewing/eating your food much more slowly will make a big difference in itself. There are tons of great tips floating around in the weight loss forum, take a look!
